  • A new me coming

    HI ppl,

    well its my first week of a permanent way of fitness and a body on the way!
    im 36 and have just joined the fire brigade full time, the great thing is i now have a gym on station so can throw the
    weights about 4 times a week no matter what.
    i need to make the most out of this so please any help you can give me would be welcome

    i need diet and 4 day routines that are going to make my dreams come true before its to late

      If you're new to weights, check out StrongLifts. It's a great starting routine. Simple and effective. We've got plenty of SL people on here too.

        I'm 6 weeks into a 12 week stronglift programme and the results are more than satisfactory. It's a simple and effective way to get started.
