    My name is Tarren!

    Just wanna say going to the gym is super scary when you dont know what you are doing... !! It's very intimatding!

    Welcome. Watch plenty of videos on the proper way to perform the exercises you plan on doing, and then practice form with little or no weight. The majority or regulars dont care what "noobs" are lifting, as long as they are doing to right exercises in the right areas (no curls in the squat rack). Just get in there and start lifting!

        Not everything goes always right.
        I would say just go for it you must do it yourself no one can help you with that.
        Ask yourself why do I want to go to the gym and keep that in mind when you enter the gym.
