    Here I am all 150 lbs and 80 years at your service. I work out at the gym about 2 1/2 hrs 4 times a week and am the picture of health (if you ignore my mostly bald head and time worn face).

    Will frequent this forum from time to time to provide tips on how to stay young. I'ts mostly attitude..... they said I can't take it with me, so I said, " screw it..... in that case I ain't goin!"
