      Hi Damien, I just turned 51. I've decided to lose 15 pounds in the next year. The only thing is: I'd like to lose 25 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle. I just wonder if I'm a dreamer? That would be two pounds of fat and one pound of muscle a month. What do you think? How would you go about it?
