JEFIT is a fitness, workout and bodybuilding application that allows users to improve an individuals workout in the gym through the creation of a free profile, track their body statistics, create workout routines for their workouts and utilize two-way synchronization with our online server to store and keep track of information, data and logs of workout progress.

Workout Routine Planner
With JEFIT, you are able to create your own workout routines based upon built-in exercises within the exercise database that fit your goal for working out (i.e Bulking, Cutting, General Fitness or Sports Specific routines).w
Smart Log Tracking
After creating your routines, you are able to save logs and record data based upon the workout that is being performed. Keep track of weight, reps and sets performed along with the logging of One Repetition Maximums for each exercise to see your best lifting record for your workouts.
By creating a JEFIT Profile users are able to synchronize application data with your online profile, store information and data with the JEFIT Server, and transfer routine downloads from your website account to your application
Using your JEFIT Profile, track your body statistics from weight, body fat, height, etc... along with the auto calculation of your Body Mass Index and graphic charts for your body and lifting stats
Detailed Exercise Database
Select from hundreds of built-in exercises to perform in your workouts with each exercise containing instructions, animations and tips on how to complete the exercise.
Connect, interact and view the statistics and logs of other JEFIT Members. By connecting with other users, you are able to motivate your fellow members, gain inspiration by others who have worked hard or get tips on new exercises to try.
