|How To Perform Exercise

|The cuban press exercise helps build strong shoulders and helps targets the rotator cuff muscles of your shoulders.
1.) Start off standing up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart gripping a dumbbell in each hand with an overhand grip.
2.) While holding the dumbbells in each hand, let your forearms hang down and bring your elbows up, keeping them at a 90 degree angle.
3.) While bringing your elbows up, rotate your shoulders so that your forearms go from facing down towards the ground to facing up towards the ceiling.
4.) Slowly rotate your shoulders so that your forearms point down at the ground again.
5.) Return back to the starting position and repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
1.) You don't need to use a heavy weight with the cuban press exercise as that might result in injury.
2.) While performing this exercise keep your back straight and abs tight to help balance and brace your body.
