Steps :
1.) To begin this exercise; start off lying on your stomach on an incline bench holding a dumbbell in each hand with your hands reaching out towards the floor.
2.) Pull up using your shoulders lifting the dumbbells off from the floor and squeeze your back tightly for a few seconds then return back to the starting position.
3.) Repeat this exercise for as many repetitions as needed. |
