I just found this website as well and it is a list of 30 tips and things that individuals should stop doing to themselves on a daily basis to make your days better and brighter and make yourself a better person.

Right now I am on the path of re-finding the person I used to be and creating a new person in the process and these tips have really helped me stop, think and re-evaluate the person I have become and the person I want to be for the rest of my life. Some of these tips you might already know but its always interesting to sit and read through what could be holding you back from being a better person around others or just overall making you happy or a solution for a way you are torturing yourself.

These are the ones that are hitting with me

" 8.) Stop berating yourself for old mistakes. – We may love the wrong person and cry about the wrong things, but no matter how things go wrong, one thing is for sure, mistakes help us find the person and things that are right for us. We all make mistakes, have struggles, and even regret things in our past. But you are not your mistakes, you are not your struggles, and you are here NOW with the power to shape your day and your future. Every single thing that has ever happened in your life is preparing you for a moment that is yet to come."

- Reason why this hits me hard is that I am the type of person who always looks at the past and looks at the mistakes I have made and get down/personally embarrassed by those mistakes. I sit on the thought of what I could have done to change those mistakes and make things better. But why focus on those old mistakes when you can learn and move on, RIGHT NOW is the moment to live in rather than being gripped and pulled back by the past.

" 6.) Stop trying to hold onto the past. – You can’t start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading your last one. "

- As many of you know what I have been going through during the past 3 months, this is something that targets my core and what I am currently going through internally right now. The past is the past and no use holding onto and focusing on what happened in the past. It is important for me right now to focus on the new chapter, the new pages in life and let the old chapters/pages burn, moving forward and not looking back. As the type of man I am (very tune with my emotions) I tend to hold onto, think about things and talk about the past when I should be focused on the moment I am in now, creating new memories and moments that will lead me into the future and make me a better person.

I feel that this website and these tips are incredible and very helpful and can without a doubt provide motivation and inspiration for all of you
