That routine will tone the hell out of you.
Its pretty hardcore esspecialy if your doing all them exercises.
It'd probably kill me to try it.
My lower back would snap up after all those extenstions.
And thats a lot of exercises on your shoulders too, watch out for your rotator-cuffs after all those reps.
