Now when I get my own home personal gym, I am going to Kinkos, going to ask if I can get this re-printed at least as a 9 foot by 9 foot motivational poster that every time I either do squats or deadlifts, I know the main reason why that I perform these exercises haha

If only I could figure out how to do them at the same time... I suppose ill have to settle for a superset for now.

Do the deadlift, then a kind of clean and jerk up, to the squat, then back down for the deadlift!

Or use a barbell for the deadlifts, whilst using a smithmachine for the squats!

clean&jerking my deadlift weight sounds like complete and utter destruction of my rotator cuffs lol.

I do need this made into a posted for my workout room though
