Interesting find. I haven't seen that one before. I use http://www.exrx.net quite a bit for reference.

Yeah, exrx.net is ok :)

But the picture here on this one makes it SO much easier to "surf" for a new exercise!
I use it f.example if i am tired of a spesific ex. or maybe if i feel one muscle is getting it too much..
Then i change that specific workout..

In that case it is better to have this picture to click on :)

P.S: Do you know if there is any Food-Nutrition software in English?(with all types of food, fruits, beverages etc stored in a library, showing you all the nutritional facts for that product - so you can make your own meals and eating "plan", and see how much of each Protein, carbs, fat you get?

We have one in Norwegian! Its amazing!
Helps you eat right!

In Norwegian its called: "Mat På Data"("Food On Computer"), you can get it here: http://matportalen.no/Emner/matpadata/setup_mpd51.exe

Fee lfree to ask me for help with it/translation :)
You americans should have PLENTY of theese apps/programs.. LOL!
