Aww yeah that is whats up, that is what I want to look like, extremely buff and built just like Terry Crews, it is unimaginable how incredibly ripped this guy is but he is also a stand up guy and EXTREMELY funny. Pretty much the whole package, like the Rock in a way haha.

I am without a doubt going to be following his routine and train just like him because I want to be toned and cut, but also have a significant amount of muscle, endurance, stamina and strength.

(What is sad though is that I watched the Expendables and many of the actors that they advertised were barely in the movie until the ending scenes.... it was just a Stallone and Statham kiss my ass fest, every scene had to have at least one of them in it)

Terry Crews is the man.
