Doing well. Got a really bad black spot on your face though... might be able to get a cream for that from the Pharmacist...
Kind Regards

Tried that. They suggested a good cleansing routine for blackheads. Hasn't worked though

What kind of routine are you doing?
Looks like you're thinning down some for sure.

But the spot seems to be getting bigger.
You know, when they talk about having a spotter at the gym, this isn't what they meant...
Kind Regards

Using the Stronglifts routine. The only difference being the additional cardio and wrestling.
Monday: Light Cardio (~400 Calories)
Tuesday: Stronglifts
Wednesday: Moderate Cardio (~ 600 Calories)
Thursday: Stronglifts
Friday: Wrestling
Saturday: Stronglifts
Sunday: Rest
Diet consists of 2000 Calories a day: Carbs (50%) Protein (40%) Fats (10%)

Wow! 1,200 calories - is that enough (even to support your BMR?)

It's not. He didn't mention that he gets that in one meal at BK. LOL

Into my third week. Going well and definitely seeing improvements in the strength department. I will run this programme for about 12 weeks then move to a split routine thereafter. probably moving back to SL when I plateau.
