Going to turn 44 in a few days. Was wanting to be down to @ 9% bf , don't know if I'll make it.
Doesn't happen as easy as when was in my twenties. But still Very pleased where I'm at.

I'm still at the stage of "hang on and it will come" *sigh* I expected to see more in the 11 weeks I've been doing this. Seeing your transformation helps keep me motivated. I started at 30% BF down to 24.6% now. Hoping to achieve 14% sometime this year.

Sounds like you are making good progress too , dropped 6% bf . That's not bad at all ! It's better to come off a little slow that way the body adjusts better . Keep up the good work .

Well there was a big argument about this in the body fat thread. The answer is that there is no way to be sure since I lack the resources to check its reading against x-ray or flotation tank methods and I'm not quite ready to be autopsied yet..

But the machine cost me £500 and the literature it came with was quite impressive so I choose to believe it. And it seems to me to read quite consistently. On the other hand, the calipers I bought say my body fat is 13% and that is clearly wrong...
