Hi I have just started and i am looking for a good app for nutrition, has anyone downloaded any good ones by any chance?

I would just create a shortcut on your phone to www.calorieking.com. A very good website on nutritional and caloric values from fresh food, fast food, beers, and everything in between. It's awesome to plan meals with, especially if you have a food scale that can measure down to grams.

A little late to the party but I use the MFP ap on my android too. Love it.

And just for the record, I snipped this from my feed on MFP.
"TheDeviation has logged in for 5 days in a row!"

I am 0RESET0 on there. If you add me, make sure that you put something about jefit in the message or I will ignore it.

I'm just 3kg off my target using MFP - hope to hit my target weight within the next two weeks, then I'm switching to weight gain.
