Ok everyone, I have been using this program now for about a month and a half. I am doing a cutting workout. For all those who would like to view it, I submitted the workout I do a while back. Since doing the program and getting back into the gym, I have dropped a total 4% in body fat!! I have gone from 17.. to 13%... I am truely amazed how much this program will push you! Just thought I'd share the results with everyone.

I am also doing exercise since very long and for all those who would like to perspective it, I posted the exercise I do a while returning. Since doing the system and getting returning into the gym, I have lost about 20 pounds in only 2 months........

It is a myth that you can only reduce your weight if you go to gym. There are different types of exercise which you can do at home and gradually can loose your weight.

It happens because our body adjust according to the condition like yoga exercises which are based on the breath control burn more calories then why not a person going to gym (http://www.totalsurfingfitness.com/) always have to increase weight.
