Back in training again after surgery...

Had 10 months out, will be limited to the weight I can lift...

Got an extra 6lbs to loose and a lot of muscle to regain...

Hope to get back to fitness soon...

Also looking to get back to work, I'm a photographer...

Nora is not a personal trainer. Nora is a spambot sending computer-generated messages which later will be mysteriously edited to have links to them. The last one claimed to be a diet specialist then linked to a donut site which was actually kinda amusing in an annoying way.

If you were to check the profile then you would find, for a start, that "She" was a "He". I think the first few posts are made by a person in order to overcome the captcha, after that the posts (and this bot made 10) get increasingly incoherent and nonsensical (since they've probably been translated using BabelFish, from Chinese...) and completely irrelevant to the threads in which they appear.

Nora, for example, has responded to threads posting gym routines as if they were internet links. Nora can't tell the difference because it looks like a hyperlink and Nora is a robot who doesn't realise what this forum actually is.

To be fair - the post that you responded to, above, was probably actually a person but I guarantee that this person is long gone and their only reappearance on this site will be to create a new ID for the bot. This will probably happen in the next few days and will stay for as long as it takes me to spot it and ban the user....
