I went out for drinks with some friends the other night and received positive comments on the size and shape of my arms. It feels great when people around you start to notice changes in your physical appearance. It definitely motivated me to get up early the next day and work off those beers lol.

Nothing like the beer sweats to make you really want a shower. ;) Comments always help with the ego.
