Man sometimes its tought working out without a workout partner.
I am the kind of person that likes to compeat push and be pushed.
I really want to make some progress but without a good partner how do you push through those extra couple reps at the end. ya know the ones that you know you cant lift on your own but want to struggle at them anyways
I am about to put a add on craigslist something like "Personal training almost free" I used to be a fitness trainer and own my own compnay before I moved here
Maybe I can find someone to train/workout with, share the stuff I learned in traid for Monster Milks. Shoot that sounds like a good deal Instead on someone paying $60 just have them bring me 2 cold monster milks every workout but I would have to weed out the non motivated and normal people that just want to lose weight
