Measuring body fat

I need help measuring my body fat %. Can some one help me?

The simplest way would be to buy a set of fat-measuring calipers from a sports shop or similar (you can buy them at Amazon!) or get an impedence-measuring set of scales. But be aware that these methods are subject to a large degree of error, so consider the results with a pinch of (low sodium!) salt!!!
