Many years experience weight training, endurance training, CrossFit-ing, cycling, and coaching the same. Looking to enjoy being coached for a while and doing a little mass and strength increase while remaining relatively lean.
I look forward to interacting with the JeFit community. I appreciate the comprehensive yet flexible nature of this app and how well it works on my Droid Bionic.
I chose a routine from the website for my first 4 weeks, but will begin creating my own or customizing found routines for my second mesocycle.
It would be great to hear from other users that have had good results adding mass and improving strength with the routines found on JeFit.com.
