Hello Jefit,
I am a 39 yr old soccer mom of two girls, trying to find the time to work out so I can get my bikini body back!! Sometimes I feel guilty that I spend to much time at the gym. I spend all the time I can at night and on the weekends.
Does anyone have any ideas of how I can include them in my workouts? I don't want them to feel that I am forcing them to do my workouts but would like them to be with me so they can enjoy it with me.
