View Full Version : Different Sets/Rep numbers/Tempos

I like to mix up my workouts with different rep numbers and tempos, any way to do that here in the program?
For example, sometimes I like to do partials, or I like to do a slow negative, or sometimes just 15-20 reps versus 6-8 on other exercises, but right now I only see sets and rest on the app. Any way to annotate those other details?

I would like to know the same thing, knowing the number of sets is nice but also knowing the number of reps would be beneficial.
