My current 4 day split routine. I'm currently putting together another one as we speak. I've been working this routine for about 10 weeks now. In the next 2-5 weeks I will changing it a little bit.
Monday (Chest & Triceps)
Dumbbell Incline Bench Press x 4
Barbell Bench Press x 4
Dumbbell Incline Fly x 3
Cable Cross Over x 3
Barbell Close Grip Bench Press x 3
Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension x 3
Cable Triceps Pushdown x 3
Tuesday (Legs)
Barbell Squat x 4
Leg Press x 4
Leg Extensions x 3
Stiff Leg Deadlift x 4
Seated Leg Curl x 3
Standing Calf Raises x 4
Thursday (Back & Biceps)
Widegrip Pullups x 4
Underhand Pull down x 4
Cable Seated Row x 4
Barbell Bent Over Row x 4
Barbell Curl x 3
Seated Dumbell Curl x 3
Hammer Curls x 3
Friday (Shoulders)
Barbell Military Shoulder Press x 4
Dumbbell Lateral Raise x 3
Dumbbell One Arm Shoulder Press x 3

Alternate Standing Arnold Press x 4
