I am a swimmer and it would be beneficial if I could count laps because weight and reps do not apply. Also for running and walking, tracking distance would also be useful.

i second this! and add a graph that shows distance per day. a option to make a custom graph would be killer, like X (distance/laps/w/e) on the left and on the bottom Y (time/amount)
