i think it is extremely useful for doing weight training.

by the way, i have a question for you

i want my logs synchronized but,

when i excute "Synchronize", JEfit says "Error Message : Invalid response format"

i would be very appreciate if you taught me the solution to this.

i am waiting for your answer.

We actually just released the newest update for the application that helps solves the synchronization issue, so if you update your program to the newest version that has just been released http://www.jefit.com/jefit-release-notes-for-android/jefit-pro-v4-3-0510-jefit-v3-3-0510-release-notes/ this should clear up the synchronization errors.
