Anybody else excited for the next Pirates movie?

I know I can't be the only one who is excited for the 4th Pirates of the Caribbean movie that is coming out this Friday. Though it does look kind of sketchy and apparently its the start for the following 5th and 6th installments that are being worked on. There is something about this one that looks pretty good with the action and introduction of new stars but the fact there are now zombies and mermaids doesn't make it seem too much like a crowd pleaser to me, plus there is no Orlando Bloom which I have to say (since being a HUGE Lord of the Rings fan) its kind of awkward not seeing his character in this movie or in the trailer (which I hope he does return in the 5th and 6th installments somehow)

Just for the Pirates movies I love the feeling that you get when you watch them and get sucked into each character, the storyline and the environment that they film the movie in. It just brings you in and makes you feel like you are right there with all of the characters experiencing what is going on firsthand and unlike other movies, you don't get that feeling that you are watching a movie but are a character in the movie itself.

Any other JEFIT users excited to see the new Pirates movie this weekend or have any reservations about seeing it?

Well not as excited as my wife, but yeah looking forward to it. They've all been good so far.

Haha my girlfriend isn't excited at all, she wants the Hangover 2 to come out ASAP but the one thing that bums me out is that unlike the 1st Hangover, which you had no idea what the hell the premise was or what was going to happen, in this one you know its the same situation as the 2nd movie but different storyline. Thats the only bummer for me but still stoaked

Saw Pirates 4 yesterday and have to admit it was not as good as I expected it to be, very lackluster and didn't have that wow factor that the past 3 movies had, disappointed

There was something missing from this movie, the plot was all over the place, and though I really do like humor, this was just pumped with it and over-saturated the movie with humor that I couldn't even laugh at some points, they even didn't mention past characters that made the last 3 movies great. Mehhhhh....
