Do any of our users take Pre-Workout supplements in the morning, and by this I mean do you take pre-workout supplements without going to the gym to get that stimulant/caffeine rush to begin your day off with?
I usually do it every once in a while before I head into work at JEFIT as it gets my engines running as well as stimulates my brain for creative and new ideas for forum posts, graphics, web pages, new application ideas and many other things. The only downside though is the fact I am indeed taking a pre-workout and not working out but rather going to work which the creatine and other workout ingredients are sitting in my body not being used at all.
Any other users take a pre-workout but don't workout right afterwards, but rather use the pre-workout to start their day off?

Nope. I make it a point to give myself some "off time" from caffeine.

I was under the impression that creatine ingested but not used is wasted with no side-effects? Could be wrong (not a big creatine guy)
To answer your question...no, I do not. If I need a kickstart to my morning it's a cold shower and cold Monster (Blue, low carb)
I work as a Systems Support Technician by day and freelance web-design at night so I spend a lot of time sitting on my arse, so those cold showers and Monsters are all too often :D

Creatine should still have effects even if your not doing anything, it sucks water into your muscles and does something or other to give you more ATP(the bodys energy)

Aside from prolly aiding in building your tolerance to caffine. I'm sure its fine. Ill take a jacked3d everyonce in a while, but my job is pretty hands on anyways.

Ahhh thats true, when your job is hands on and you are taking jack3d with that focus, at least you can maintain on what you are doing which is good.
That is the same with me but im sitting on my butt all day doing web work and graphics and such so looking for that focus on what I am doing.
With the creatine aspect, I don't want to be retaining water and gaining those man-boobs haha but want that focus to allow me to think of new ideas for the website/articles/graphics and many other things

A creatine & caffeine free version would be great.

I try to get at least 30 minutes cardio after I lift in but I always worry, sitting around all day on a computer never does any justice haha
But yeah would get a creatine and caffeine free version, probably will after my Assault but will see later on. I just love the focused feeling haha
