How to share work progres for one day

Hello Thomaslje,

Currently on the JEFIT Website we do not have the ability for users to share their progress for a specific day, we are going to be including that in a future update on the website as we have been working diligently on both new website features as well as the iPhone application. What you are able to share though are your routines that you perform and notes that go along with it. What you can also do is copy and paste your progress or any information from a specific day into here on the forums. We are hoping to have these new pages/features up soon so that you will be able to share your progress with your fellow members or with your friends.
