Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I discovered jefit on my android phone and fell in love with it. I have always had a passion for lifting weights but had got lazy there for a while. I have been lifting hard since February and am getting good results. However, I only plan on getting better from there. I obviously am new to this and would love to get to know some of you.
