On this new thread section, we want users to be able to share any health tips that they follow to live and lead a healthy and structured life.

Is there a specific way you wake up or go to sleep, a way that you live day to day, things you do during that day to boost your morale and motivation, anything and all that you do to try and live a healthy lifestyle?

Hi,
This is Steve Smith and my tips for healthier life are as follow:
1. Get Up early
2. Eat healthy and balanced diet
3. Exercise early
4. Drink lot of water
5. Get a proper sleep

Yes it is you should wait at least 2 hours after eating before going to sleep or else the food you just ate won't burn up! you shouldn't eat after like 6 pm.

Seriously? Guess you need to let the others who eat right before bed, myself included, know exactly why you can't do that.

Health Tips aye :)

1. Always wear a condom...lol
2. No excuses for skipping a session
3. Always...i mean always eat breakfast (healthy Brekkie) (I eat Wholegrain oats)
4 Desecrate fast food outlets
5 Find a balance in life
6 Always try something new everyday

Im not saying i do all these things, but i heard they are healthy tips lol

My suggestion is that do exercise like yoga,cardio, etc.These exercise have many benefit.Running,walk,swimming these exercise are good for body fitness.Eat fresh fruits and drink natural juices.
