I am a 40 years old male and want to improve my overall fitness and health. Spent 10 years in the military where it was easy to meet the minimum requirements, but my current job is not that physically demanding. I have tried to work with weights and cardio at home but have found it hard to stay motivated, nor do I realy have the room. I recently joined a Gym with a 1 year membership and stumbled upon the Jefit app in the android market and here I am. My goal for now is to reduce my body fat percentage from 33.19%to below %20 and I believe this community and my determination is what is going to get me there. I have been thumbing through many of the routines and forums but could use any tips or advise available.

Get your diet in check, start being friends with cardio (treadmill, elliptical, etc), and lots of reps with lower weights. I think that's the cliff notes version anyhow. ;)
