What the? Ahh. Those are under back. That's probably why I missed them. More of a leg exercise aren't they? The lower back is there for support, but I believe the movement is mostly hamstring.

Ahhh well that makes sense in terms of using your legs in the process.
I have always seen them as a back exercise as I use my lower back/middle back to lift myself back up to the starting position but I mean it works both legs and back and shoulders so it can be seen as any of those, mostly legs and back though haha
