Without a doubt on my cheat days or on a day where I am heavily dieting (mostly eating healthy foods and high protein foods) this is my reaction of seeing a cookie

Cookies are my weakness. I can turn down just about anything else.

I feel you on that one, cookies are my ultimate weakness, my girlfriend and I actually found these cookies which are a healthy alternative to the regular type of Chips Ahoy and such and they taste phenomenal

Little high on carbs, but at least they have useful stuff in them.

Ahhhh well that makes sense then, never want too many carbs, I just enjoy it for the fiber haha, love my fiber so they hit it out of the ballpark for me in terms of what is in them

It is still processed crap. I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole. There is nothing in those cookies your multivitamin shouldn't be giving you anyway.
