Evening your septic tanks ;)

Just starting a new routine, and looking for a decent tricep workout to add into it
Only have dumbells and basic machines, Already have machine dip, and rope pushdown,
been doing lying extensions up until now but with dodgy weights that are about to fall apart and no partner to spot the fear of breaking my face kinda puts me off them!

Damn red coats and their unique undecipherable sayings...

I like the rope pull down myself for isolation. But aside from that I do push ups and other compound movements which hit them as well.

I would give the overhead extension with rope a try. Also underhand pull downs with either a straight bar or ez bar are good. These both should be done on a machine. Let me know if you need anymore suggestions.

lying straight bar cable extensions - one of the few cable exercises I like better than its free weight version. It's real easy to 'cheat' on EZ bar or DB lying extensions, but with the cable pulling from above your head, it forces you into the correct position and range of motion.
