^LOL

I enjoy seeing myself progress honestly. I was that skinny kid in school and to actually have a bicep is a new thing for me. lol Working out is my "me" time. Being a dad and husband, there's little of that around as I'm sure you know.

Buy a preworkout that gets you itchy unless you are moving and doing stuff. If I feel tired, it gives me energy and makes me uncomfortable if I sit still. Also get your significant other a pass too, and regulate them to the cardio room haha. Helped me when I had a girl that wanted to veg out w/me.

MP Assault makes me all tingly. Crazy feeling and I doubt I could sit still after taking it.

Haha thats true I get an intense tingly feeling and im taking a full scoop so im going overboard pretty much but when I do my exercises with super sets and tri sets I get that extra energy that I need

But as you stated, lifting in the gym is my "me" time, I don't allow any text messages, listen to my favorite music and blur everything out so that I can get the most out of my weight lifting. I just like to make that a time where nothing in the world can affect me and can focus on myself, relieve stress and make a better me.

Funny... I tend to think of the gym as "work" - something I don't enjoy but have to do if I'm going to continue to enjoy the benefits...

I wish I could enjoy the experience but in 25 years of using the gym I still hate it!

Kind Regards

to me, being at the gym is only fun when youre pushing yourself, being out of your comfort zone. I dont mean overdoing it and putting hundreds of kilos on the barbell, i mean doing more reps than usual or trying new exersizes. When im tired out and cant do any more, is when im enjoying myself.

the gym can sort out everything in life!

i know for a fact if i didnt get serious at the gym (which is mainly down to jefit) id be nowhere near what i am now in all aspects of my life, i'd be a shy chubby lazy anxious mess only leaving my bedroom to buy more fags,
before i started the gym i was at the worst point of my life, an attempted suicide, nothing to do, very few friends and the 1s i did have knew very little and were more people i knew than real friends, anti depressants not helping basically i was wasting away
then i dropped the pills and started with jefit and the gym and it was like a light being turned on in my life, i was happy, healthier and more energetic than ever, i was getting more confident, my friends were becoming actual friends, my anxieties lowered massively, i was basically reborn! and i loved life

a few injuries and setbacks abit of overtraining and some lacking in focus on my part caused a few more problems a few skipped sessions etc ended in another attempt which i know if i wouldn't of skipped my gym session that day
so now i've decided to focus on the good things, get rid of the bad stuff, completely restart my life with the gym at the centre of it

so now waiting to recover and to start my new life properly,

abit of a rant and im not really sure what my point was, but there ya go haha

Mistress? That means a lil something different over here.

Any kind of anger works for me. Even stuff that happened when I was in high school. (hence the "Fueled by Nerd Rage")
