Just wondering what everyone belives to be the best rep rangw for muscle growth
im sure everyone will habe different answers from 4-6 8-10 8-10 or 10-15 are all ranges ive heard touted at the best
so from your experience/research etc what so you jefitters think?

it all depends on what your goals are if its cutting or bulking so on
i personally find low reps with high weights to work the best for me
what have you found works the best

I've found higher reps works abit better actually.

heavy weights with low reps might knacker you out, but pushing out 5 or 10 extra reps when you've already hit that sticking point will cause you to burn an you'll notice how massively fatigued and pumped your muscles are compared.

started doing a mix with my sets, 1st set heavy 8-10 reps, 2nd a really heavy set with max 6 reps, then a final of minimum 10 to failure

But what seemsto work for me is to change the rep counts and weights every few weeks. And also change the way i do the routines. Have 4 different routines i use.

That can help as well. Plus it helps prevent boredom.
