Hi everyone,

I'm just finishing my cut which in effect has been almost 8 months!

I started off the new year bordering on obese at about 210lbs and I'm 5ft 11. I did loads of cardio and a mixed weight training plan, then hit it hard for 3months following Kris Gethins 12 week transformation off bodybuilding.com.

I'm now the proud owner of a new lean body at just under 160lbs and about 10% bodyfat.

I plan on maintaining for a short while to find my ideal maintenance calories, then I'm going to slow bulk over the winter and pack on some muscle.

I look forward to using Jefit to monitor my progress and workout schedule and hope to be an active member on this forum.

Hey man you can do it. I'm from manchester too, do you know urmston?

I've trained hard and been dieting for so long now, but it was worth it. Honestly if you need a transformation and are willing to give anything a go, do the 12 week transformation by kris gethin.

I've ended up a bit skinny for my liking mainly because I didn't have the muscle mass to start with but I plan on rectifying that over the next 8 months if all goes to plan.

I'm starting HST for building size and strength and i'll upload my workout when its complete. Nearly there now just deciding about leg exercises.

Good luck with your goals.

I was born in Davyhulme, many of my relatives live in Urmston.

I'm losing motivation at the moment.

Kind Regards
Dave
