Does anyone have a custom meal plan that they use for a leaner look?

General recommendation is to consume 300 to 500 less carbs than your BMR. A simple google search will help you figure out what your BMR is. From there, most people agree that for a cutting diet your calorie ratio should be 60% protein, 30% carbs, and 10%fat.
Make sure your carbs are complex carbs rather than simple carbs.
Custom plans are usually built on a individual basis and need to be adjusted based on your weight at any given time as it changes.
Please keep in mind, I am not an expert, but have spent far too many hours studying nutrition :)

Apparently to no prevail. Your suggestion makes absolutely no sense once so ever. What does 300-500 less carbs mean? You should proof read before you post.
1. At no time should you ever consume less than your BMR.
2. You suggest a 60/30/10 Macronutrient ratio? Based on what? A leaner look?
You’re going to have to post more information about your goals and training regimen to get any sort of valuable feedback. It would be much easier to recommend changes to your current plan then it would be to start from scratch.
A few simple things if you’re a beginner. If your diet is crap you’re going to look like crap. If you have no-idea what your daily calorie intake is start a journal. Like I said before you have to know where you’re at before you can understand where you’re going.
Again, If you could post more information about yourself then we would be able to better guide you to your "leaner look".

Track your foods religiously for a period of time to start off with. Either pen and paper or an app (I like My Fitness Pal).
But you'll have to post more info about yourself (height, weight, a link to your current routine, etc). We have no idea if you're 4'9" weighing 200lbs or 6' weighing 130lbs.

Carbs play vital role in this matter because it has some deep connection with lean food and i am looking for some more information on lean foods but i am satisfied from you here.

Huh? First this thread is called "lean foods" and has nothing to do with carbohydrates. Second, what information did you pull from this thread that made you "satisfied"?
