I am new to weight lefting been at it for 30 days. I use three day a week lifting routine, total upperbody 8 to12reps three set of each exer
cise. Take vitamines and organic protien shake after each workout. Have a good diet i follow most of the time, cheat maybe once or twice a week snank wise. I have a 1.5 to 2% muscle mass gain,strenght gain is where i think it should be. Is 1.5 to 2% muscle gain in 30 days an average result or not.

I'd say that's about average, maybe abit above
but it's different for everyone based on genetics etc

some people can put on 20% in the time it'll take others to put on 80%

But sounds like your getting some good gains either way!, just focus on yourself don't worry about anyone else

How do you know you've added 1.5-2%? What's your goal? Lose weight? Gain muscle?
