I am new to weight lefting been at it for 30 days. I use three day a week lifting routine, total upperbody 8 to12reps three set of each exer
cise. Take vitamines and organic protien shake after each workout. Have a good diet i follow most of the time, cheat maybe once or twice a week snank wise. I have a 1.5 to 2% muscle mass gain,strenght gain is where i think it should be. Is 1.5 to 2% muscle gain in 30 days an average result or not.
