View Full Version : ABCD traing and only three days a week - how should I set JEFIT?

I have ABCD training, but I go three times a week to a gym (monday A, wednesday B, friday C, next monday D, next wednesday A and so on). So the full cycle takes four weeks before I start again from the beginning. I just installed JEFIT - how should I set it for this? Or it doesn't matter?

Well I would set the day to ANY and just name the workout accordingly.

I find JEFIT limiting for this. The program makes you have to choose the name of the weekend day; I would prefer it allow you the option of picking Exercise 1, 2, 3, etc. I have a 5 day program so list them Monday to Friday however when I actually work out I just pick the day I am working and don't worry about it.

Just because you've assigned a workout to a day doesn't mean you HAVE to workout on that day, and no other. The program doesn't actually discriminate!
