How about this for an ego boost?
Been seeing my GF since September. Things are going great. I met her best friend (who, before you ask, is happily in a relationship!) for the first time at a party on Saturday - apparently she was keen to meet me as they are quite protective over each other in that way girls are.
GF says yesterday that her friend said I am "gorgeous" and she is really happy for her. Don't think I've ever been described that way before and I'm sure it wouldn't have happened a year ago! :-D
This definitely motivates me! 8)
