Staying or getting healthy is not entirely under anyone’s control – genetics, environment and past history all contribute and can’t be changed. What can be changed are the things that effect health now, and in the future. There are three key points to health that are largely under an individual’s control: nutrition, sleep and stress.

I also agree with that, there are three key points to health that are largely under an individual’s control: nutrition, sleep and stress. But to control these three key points it is necessary for us to do regular physical exercise.

Your healthy tips for healthy living is very nice.
With Exercise intake of healthy food is very much helpful for health.

Going to the gym.
Turning the jump-rope for the neighbor's kid.
Playing Frisbee with your dog.
Eating a vegetable at every meal.
Eating two vegetables at every meal.
Drinking a fruit smoothie for breakfast.

I'd also add in, eat three vegetables at every meal
eat four vegetables at every meal

Well!!!Health is wealth.Without of the health we cant do any work in the life.
So we should be care full about the health issues.I like these tips for the
health....
1 Vegetarian foods
2 Fresh fruits
3 Take exercise for at least 30 minutes (Running, Stretching)
4 Eat balance diet
5 Gym work
6 Morning walk...

Here are some health tips..
- Do exercises daily.
- Drink lots of water a day minimum seven or eight glass.
- Eat more green vegetables and fruits.
- Take proper sleep.
- Drink Green Tea.
- Cut back on salt.
- Avoid junk foods.
- Eat wholegrain foods.

Nice thread and tips are good for health. Health is wealth and it is the most important thing of life. We should care of it. FOr living healthy life it is good to drink more water,sleep at least 8 hours,do exercise daily,eat well and healthy food and drink green tea daily. All these tips are best to maintain health.
