Try adjusting your diet. Look on the forums for suggestions.
You cannot delete exercises that are built in. You can only delete custom exercises that you created. Hope this help.

Lots of slow burning carbs such as whole wheat products and cereals, also eat boiled or baked chicken. Fish is also a very healthy option.

Also you can try eating the same portion but break it out into several smaller meals and you wont be hungry all the time.
Dont forget to change your routines every so often. Also keep adding more weight for the sets as the weeks go by.
