Not what I was expecting.
Now when I get my own home personal gym, I am going to Kinkos, going to ask if I can get this re-printed at least as a 9 foot by 9 foot motivational poster that every time I either do squats or deadlifts, I know the main reason why that I perform these exercises haha
If only I could figure out how to do them at the same time... I suppose ill have to settle for a superset for now.
