Yea I know the lighting is a bit different the second shot was taken in a different room on a different phone. Right now though im trying to do a clean gain, no fast food or junk. My diet isnt super strict but I eat healthy, lots of yogurt, milk, fish and chicken. I have a couple months to get up there though so im not super worried. Also the protein shakes with whole milk help to add some extra calories throughout the day.
Going by my previous measurements I have another 1 1/2 to gain on shoulders and a half inch on arms.
