this is the one i do for four day weeks, but im more looking for toning with more reps. But I guess you could do less reps with more weight and bulk it.

I would suggest that two hours is overworking and is a) more likely to cause injury and b) will provoke catabalism causing your hard-earned muscle to break down.

The current advice I'm seeing seems to be that a workout shouldn't last more than 45 minutes - even for advanced bodybuilders. Those professional bodybuilders who spend all day in the gym are participating in a carefully planned regime of exercise, rest, nutrition and supplementation (some of it possibly illegal...).

I am not an expert so what I say can be taken with a pinch of salt, but I seriously doubt if a 2 hour workout is sensible.

    Kind Regards
    Dave

Also agree a 2 hour workout is not sensible. Maybe when younger one may get away with it, I did as that is what I started out with; 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM Monday, Wednesday, Friday with full body workouts. Now I'm older and not in my 20's so my workouts are smarter. My hero Bill Pearl says "get in and get out" and should only be 1 hour or less.

Thanx for the support guys! Just one further thought, if I may. "Getting a way with it" is not the same as something being optimal.

    Kind Regards
