I actually took Con-Cret before and that is a phenomenal product so I want to say that Beta-Cret should be amazing as well considering that there is Con-Cret creatine within it and is a pre-workout mixed with a phenomenal form of creatine.

Cannot beat a buy one get one free but always important to look at prices and reviews before you buy into certain products.

I want to try this one out though but will wait till I have more money and out of both my currently pre-workout and the creatine I have left.
