    Changing my routine in a month.

    I am looking to change to a fat burning routine next month. My goal is to cut off all this nasty while not losing a lot of strength.

    Any suggestions? Or tips for what I can expect to happen?

    Not sure what you're doing currently, but add cardio and watch your diet. Instant fat loss.

    Typically you back down on heavy lifts and switch to higher rep ranges as well. But I'm not sure what kind of routine you've been doing.

    I'm not sure if you can view my log information or not on my profile page.

    I've been working on getting strength and size for around 3 months now. About 6-8 reps on most exercises.

    I'd definitely add in cardio, but weightlifting also stimulates your metabolism for an extended period of time and will keep your strength where it is. For cutting I'd recommend retooling your diet, try to eliminate excess carbs, processed sugars and bad fats, while also drinking plenty of water as well.
