HELLO everyone - I am new to JEFIT

Hello everyone,my name is Stephanie I am new to JEFIT.
I found this site to be very helpful by adding new exercises to my fitness routines. I can not wait to meet some people that will inspire me and help me with some goals I am set out to achieve. I am looking to define my ab area much more and also to build and add definition to my legs; so if you have any pointers please feel free to share.
I look forward to hearing from you - thanks for reading my forum.

    Hello Stephanie,
    and welcome to the site.
you asked for pointers so id say H.I.I.T training is great for core strength and adding definition.

Hi Stephanie: Be sure to use some pilates and core-exercises when developing the ab area. If you want a flat stomach it's important to develop the transversus muscle which lies underneath the rectus abdominis (the classic "six pack" muscles). Stomach vacuums, plank (bridge), etc are important for hitting the transversus because crunches, air cycling etc won't touch it!!!

    Kind Regards
    Dave
